This annual conference introduces MSI member companies’ rising marketing stars to the practical benefits of scholarly research. We need your help to reach the best candidates at your company.

Your nominees should be high-potential individuals in your organization who have demonstrated interest and ability in assimilating and applying advanced marketing knowledge and techniques. Each member company can nominate up to five (5) candidates in marketing and research to participate. Please submit your nomination no later than August 1, 2018

About Immersion

Since 2008, Immersion has engaged member company marketers in 1-1/2 days of interactive learning. Speakers are marketing’s leading professors who offer the latest research-generated knowledge on important marketing topics. Attendees also have the opportunity to network with and learn from practitioners across industries and roles.

Who Should Attend

Attendees may come from roles including branding, insights, market research, analytics, economics, marketing training, and innovation. They should be intellectually curious and driven to learn more and expand their role, and should enjoy challenges. They may be new MSI trustees or potential future trustees.

Attendees must be nominated by their organization's Trustees, and each member company can nominate up to five attendees to represent their organization.

Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, speakers design presentations to be broadly applicable across industries and roles and suitable to a variety of levels of experience and expertise. Past presentations include:

How Your Organization Benefits from Immersion
Attendees gain new perspectives on how to apply academic research and frameworks to their marketing. They develop a network of peers from non-competing companies that they may tap into for benchmarking after the event. They'll gain an understanding of the benefits available through your MSI membership.

Nomination Process

MSI member companies can nominate up to five attendees. MSI will reach out to each nominee with registration instructions and additional details on this year's event. A registration fee of $1,195 per attendee is due at the time of registration. If you have additional questions, please contact Kate Grey at kate@msi.org.
